Situation
Guest adjuncts teach five week, one-credit courses offered to matriculated and non-matriculated students
Task
- Provide pedagogical and technical guidance to adjuncts
- Set up their online courses in Moodle LMS and enroll students
- Set up directory pages in Blackboard Learn or Brightspace D2L as needed due to broad issues with dual pathway enrollment
Action
- Helped adjuncts by providing technical and pedagogical guidance for online learning using the three platforms
- Offered step-by-step instructions and visual aids to adjuncts
- Clearly directed students to appropriate learning platforms
Result
Courses were fully functional and students enrolled with minimal effort or frustration from adjuncts making them more willing to offer eSeries courses in the future
