Small international college moves to an online learning management system (LMS)

- Set up and maintain the Moodle LMS
Action
- Worked with management to create an effective system
- Worked with other information technology professionals to ensure the site is secure
- Conducted beta tests of the system and responded to feedback
- Created and implemented backup and recovery plans
- Monitor system for security, system maintenance and updates
- Document processes, workflows and data
- Train users and provide technical support
- Provide ongoing user administration
Result
College has successfully used Moodle LMS for nearly three years
