Situation
Small international correspondence college sought to move from from email facilitated courses to using an online learning management system (LMS)
Task
- Bring a college’s courses online

- Guided faculty through revising their courses for delivery through an online LMS
- Designed and developed online structures and courses
- Tested course systems and led revisions based on feedback
- Assisted management in developing effective workflows
- Trained faculty and provided continuing professional development based on feedback
- Motivated faculty and assisted them to create additional online courses expanding the college’s offerings
- Documented processes, workflows, feedback and data
Result
College has successfully transitioned to fully online course delivery with an over 80% course completion rate and has grown substantially
